At Spotless Spring Cleaning LLC, we believe in clear communication and reliable service. Please review our service policies below to help ensure the best possible cleaning experience for you and our team.

We accept credit and debit cards only. Your card information is securely collected at the time of booking but is not charged immediately.

 Instead:

• A temporary authorization hold is placed one (1) day before your scheduled cleaning for the full service amount.
   
• This is not a charge and will only be finalized after the cleaning is complete.
   
• An invoice will be emailed upon completion of service.
   
• If the service is canceled, the hold will be automatically released within 2–5 business days.
   

Note: Payment details must be provided and authorized before the job begins.

Here's how it works:

• After your cleaning, we invite you to do a walk-through inspection with your cleaning team.
   
• Use our cleaning checklist to ensure all areas meet your expectations.
   
• If anything is missed, we’ll re-clean those areas free of charge—during the walk-through only.
   

⚠️ If no inspection is performed (e.g., you're not home or decline), the same day guarantee is void. However, if you send a text to 813.723.0225 with pictures of the problem area before midnight on the day of service we will return within 24 hours to fix the issue. 

Pro Tip: For Move-Out cleanings, we recommend inviting your landlord to the final inspection and sharing their checklist with us ahead of time.

 We know life happens, and we do our best to be flexible—while also honoring the time our cleaning team sets aside just for you.

• You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $70 late cancellation fee.
   
• Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service rate.

 Our flat-rate pricing includes a maximum time allotment based on the job type. If your cleaning requires more time due to size or condition:

• We will inform you before exceeding the max limit.
   
• Additional time will be billed at $40 per hour.
   

This ensures fair pricing for both routine and labor-intensive cleanings.

 We provide a 1–2 hour arrival window to account for traffic, parking, and unforeseen delays. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding. 

For the safety of our team, we do not clean areas above 6 feet or climb ladders. Step-stool access only.

We do not move refrigerators, stoves, washers, or other heavy appliances. If you'd like us to clean under or behind them, please move them prior to our arrival.

 While we do our best to remove mold and stains on tile and grout, complete removal is not guaranteed. 

 For the best results:

• Please remove all personal belongings and furniture before we arrive.
   
• Avoid scheduling moving services during your cleaning time.
   
• Large appliances must be moved in advance if you'd like us to clean behind or under them.

 To help our cleaners focus on detailed tasks:

• Please pick up clothing, personal items, and general clutter prior to our arrival.
   
• This ensures we can access all surfaces for a thorough cleaning.
