You're welcome to stay during the cleaning, but if you’d rather head out, you can simply leave us entry instructions (like a door code or hidden key). Either way, we’ve got it covered!

Typically, 24 to 72 hours' notice is required. For move-in/out or deep cleaning, we recommend scheduling four days in advance.


 

Our Standard Cleaning covers all the essentials to keep your home fresh and tidy. This includes:

  • Sanitizing bathrooms
     
  • Wiping down kitchen surfaces
     
  • Dusting furniture and décor
     
  • General tidying in common areas like the living room and bedrooms

 We make pricing simple and transparent! Just select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home on our booking form, and your price will be shown instantly—no hidden fees. 


 

Yes! We bring all the necessary cleaning supplies, products, and equipment to get the job done right.

If you have any special product requests or prefer eco-friendly/green cleaning, just let us know when booking—we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible or simply leave a specific product out for us.


 

  • 🧹 No need to clean beforehand, but please pick up clutter like clothes, trash, toys, and dirty dishes so we can focus on cleaning surfaces.
     
  • 🐾 We’re pet-friendly! If your pet might be aggressive or disruptive, please crate or gate them in a safe area.
     
  • 🏠 Feel free to be home during the cleaning — just help us stay on schedule by keeping distractions and long conversations to a minimum.

We accept only the top 10% of applicants who meet our strict criteria for professionalism, reliability, and integrity. Your trust and security are of the utmost importance to us.


 We want you to love your clean! If you're not totally happy with the service, just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to re-clean the missed areas—completely free of charge.

 Yes. Every cleaning professional undergoes a thorough nationwide background check as the final step in our rigorous pre-screening process. We are committed to ensuring your safety and peace of mind by only selecting individuals who meet our high standards for trustworthiness and reliability. 


 If something is not completed to your expectations, please notify us the same day by text, call or email. We will gladly send a team back to address the issue ( within 24 hours) at no additional cost. If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, we may offer a partial refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making things right.



 

  • 🏠 For homes 1,200 to 2,400 sq ft: Traditional cleaning usually takes 2.75 to 3 hours, but timing can vary.
     
  • ⏳ For homes 2,500 to 4,000 sq ft: Traditional cleaning usually takes 4 to 5 hours, but timing can vary.
     
  • ⚖️ Timing may also change depending on how many cleaners are assigned—usually between 1 to 3 based on the size of your home.
     
  • 🧹 Deep cleans and move-in/out services usually need multiple cleaners and take longer than traditional cleanings.
