Welcome to Spotless Spring Cleaning Services LLC! To ensure transparency and peace of mind, please review our service policies~

A few simple ways we make sure every service leaves your space spotless—and your expectations met!  

We accept credit and debit cards only.

• Card information is collected when you book, but not charged at that time.
   
• An authorization hold is placed 1 day before your appointment for the total balance.
   
• Your card is charged only after the service is completed.
   
• An invoice will be emailed to you.
   
• If your service is canceled, the hold will be released within 2–5 business days.
   

 We stand by our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

• After your cleaning, please inspect the home with our team using our checklist.
   
• If any areas were missed, we’ll gladly re-clean them for free—right then and there.
   

⚠️ Important: If no inspection is completed (due to no-show or refusal), the satisfaction guarantee is void.

However, if you alert us the same day...we will gladly send a team back out within 24 hours at no additional cost to you. If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, we may offer a partial refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making things right.  
 

Move-Out Tip: Invite your landlord to join the inspection. You can also send us their cleaning checklist ahead of time for the best results.

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
   
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a $70 fee, as we reserve a team specifically for you.

At Spotless Spring Cleaning Services LLC, our flat-rate pricing includes a set number of cleaning hours based on the type of service you choose.

While it’s rare we exceed the time included, if it looks like we’ll need more elbow grease than expected, we’ll always give you a friendly heads-up before wrapping up—no surprises here!

If more time is needed, extra hours are billed at $40/hour.

💡 Pro Tip: Decluttering ahead of time helps us make the most of your included hours!

 We ask for a 1–2 hour arrival window to account for:

• Traffic delays
   
• Parking issues
   
• Unexpected scheduling shifts
  We’ll always communicate promptly and do our best to arrive on time.
   

 We care about safety—for you and our team:

• No ladders or areas above 6 feet will be cleaned.
   
• Cleaners cannot move large appliances (fridges, stoves, washers, etc.). Please move these beforehand if needed.

 Our team will try their best, but we cannot guarantee the full removal of:

• Tough stains
   
• Mold in grout or tile

 To ensure the best results:

• All furniture and personal items must be removed before we arrive.
   
• Please do not schedule movers during your cleaning time.
   
• Move appliances in advance if you want us to clean behind or under them.
   

 For deep cleans, we ask that you:

• Pick up clothing and personal items
   
• Declutter surfaces
  This allows us to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
