We accept credit and debit cards only.

  • Card information is collected when you book, but not charged at that time.
     
  • An authorization hold is placed 1 day before your appointment for the total balance.
     
  • Your card is charged only after the service is completed.
     
  • An invoice will be emailed to you.
     
  • If your service is canceled, the hold will be released within 2–5 business days.

  • After your cleaning, please inspect the home with our team using our checklist.
     
  • If any areas were missed, we’ll gladly re-clean them for free—right then and there.
     

⚠️ Important: If no inspection is completed (due to no-show or refusal), the satisfaction guarantee is void.
However, if you alert us the same day...we will gladly send a team back out within 24 hours at no additional cost to you. If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, we may offer a partial refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making things right.

At Spotless Spring Cleaning Services LLC, our flat-rate pricing includes a set number of cleaning hours based on the type of service you choose.

Some homes just need a little extra love—and time! 🧽💖
While it’s rare we exceed the time included, if it looks like we’ll need more elbow grease than expected, we’ll always give you a friendly heads-up before wrapping up—no surprises here!

If more time is needed, extra hours are billed at $40/hour.
