1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book our services.

2. Services Provided

Spotless Spring Cleaning Services LLC offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard Cleaning
     
  • Deep Cleaning
     
  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
     
  • Recurring Cleaning Services
     

All services must be scheduled through our website, by phone, or confirmed via email.


3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or limited availability.


4. Access to Property

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that our cleaning professionals have access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property and no prior arrangements have been made, a lockout fee may be charged.


5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. For recurring services, clients may be invoiced weekly or monthly.
Failure to pay may result in a pause or termination of services.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to address the issue at no additional charge. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction.


7. Property Damage or Loss

We take great care in your home, and our team is trained to handle all items with respect and professionalism. However, in the rare event of damage or missing items, you must report the issue within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment.

Reports submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review or compensation, as we are unable to verify conditions beyond that timeframe.

If reported within the required time frame, we will promptly assess the situation and offer resolution through repair, replacement, or insurance (if applicable).


8. Client Responsibilities

To help us provide efficient service, we ask that you:

  • Tidy up personal items before your appointment
     
  • Secure pets safely
     
  • Alert us to any delicate or high-value items that require special attention
     

We are not liable for damage resulting from improperly installed fixtures or existing damage.


9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse our booking or contact forms
     
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site
     
  • Reproduce or distribute website content without permission
     

All site content is the intellectual property of Spotless Spring Cleaning Services LLC.


10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Total liability is limited to the cost of the specific cleaning service rendered.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
