At Spotless Spring Cleaning Services, we offer flat rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. This means you’ll know exactly what you’re paying before the cleaning begins—no surprises, no hourly fees.

Our flat rate packages are designed around homes of standard size and cleanliness and follow a detailed cleaning checklist that covers all the essentials for maintaining a fresh, presentable space.

To make things even easier, we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the job, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

In rare situations, a cleaner may need to update the quote after arriving—typically if:

• The home is larger than average for the number of rooms booked
   
• The property is in extremely poor condition, such as heavy buildup, hoarding, or long-term neglect
   

If a requote is needed, we’ll always discuss the new rate with you before proceeding.
